Before you begin
- Your assessment results generate a public profile — you control visibility
- Signals reflect performance within modeled scenarios, not universal ability
- Strengths + fit are primary discovery signals; levels are coarse calibration bands
- Full retake available after 90-day cooldown; latest session is canonical
- No numeric scores are ever shown to employers or publicly
- All scoring is deterministic and versioned — past sessions are never recomputed
